1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 tablespoon white wine

1/2 teaspoon sugar

Combine the ingredients well and pour over the steak and your chosen vegetable. Fine green beans or lightly steamed asparagus would be ideal.

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

4 black olives, halved and pitted

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the ingredients in a small ovenproof dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve alongside the steak, spooning with the tomato juices.
